In 2019, for the first time, I thought I would try using a travel agent instead of booking our vacation myself. After doing my research I decided on Lisa Koppert. I contacted her and we quickly developed a rapport that made me very comfortable with my decision. She helped us choose a destination and the method of travel.
Lisa diverted a disaster by getting us an extra night in a hotel in Toronto due to a nasty 2 day February storm. We waited out the storm in our hotel and made the plane without incident.
Lisa is once again booking our February 2020 vacation which will be a cruise in Southern Asia. In a few short days she has confirmed the Cruise, reserved flights at an exceptionally good rate with Cathay Pacific and is now putting the final touches on an extra day in Hong Kong. Lisa has also supplied us with all the info for visas in the countries we will be visiting.
